Technician Technician Electrician Plumber Assistant Machine Operator Carpenter Welder	Matriculation from a recognized board with ITI certificate in relevant trade or certificate course from a Government recognized Institute
Technician (Field/Lab research) /	10+2 in Science with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent from a recognized board.
Technical Assistant (Maintenance) / Electrical Civil Mechanical	Bachelor degree in Science in the relevant field/ specialization or equivalent from a recognized University/ or / अथवा 3 years’ diploma in Engineering in the relevant field from a recognized Institution Or/ अथवा 10+2 with Science from a recognized board+2 years diploma in the relevant field from a recognized University/ Institution
Store Keeper	- 12th pass from a recognized board /
Driver Ordinary Grade	(1) Matriculation from a recognized board (2) Possession of a valid driving license for Motor Cars/ (3) Experience of driving a Motor Car for 3 years or more/3 Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles)
Lower Division Clerk	(i) 12th pass certificate from a recognized Board/ (ii) A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on manual Type Writer/ Or/ अथवा (ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer/
Forest Guard	(a)10th Pass from a Government recognized Board/ (b) Certificate in Fire Fighting/ फायर फाइिटंग मŐŮमाण Physical Standard/ Men i) Walk: 25 Kms. in 4 hours ii) Height: Minimum 165 cms/. iii) Chest: 79 cm without expansion and 84 cm with expansion Women i) Walk:14 Kms. in 4 hours/ ii) Height: Minimum 150 cms iii)Chest: 74 cm without expansion and 79 cm with expansion/ Desirable Qualification (a) Home Guard training (b) Experience in relevant trade/
Multi-Tasking Staff	Essential qualification : 10th standard pass from recognized Board/ recognized school/ Desirable Qualification : 3 years or more experience in relevant field.

उत्तराखंड के वित्त मंत्री प्रकाश पंत ने गैरसैंण विधानसभा में वर्ष 2018-19 बजट पेश किया। वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए कुल बजट 45,585 करोड़ रुपये का है । जो कि पिछले वर्ष के बजट से 5627 करोड़ रुपये अधिक है। यह बजट इसलिए भी ऐतिहासिक हो जाता है कि जनभावनाओं का ख्याल रखते हुए पहली बार गैरसैंण के विधानसभा भवन में बजट पेश किया गया है

उत्तराखंड बजट 2018 -19 की खास बातें

➣प्रदेश को ऑर्गेनिक और हर्बल स्टेट बनाने के लिए 1500 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया गया है।

➣ विधान सचिवालय में ई-विधानसभा हेतु धनराशि की व्यवस्था।

➣ EVM और VVPAT के लिए 10 करोड़ रुपये की व्यवस्था की गयी है।

➣ मध्याह्न भोजन योजना के अंतर्गत भोजन माताओं की वर्दी के लिए 3 करोड़ की व्यवस्था

➣ आशा और ( ANM.) ए एन एम के लिए दुर्घटना बीमा योजना प्रारम्भ की जाएगी ।

➣ पेयजल विभाग अन्तर्गत के0एफ0डब्ल्यू0 परियोजना हेतु 40 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ मेट्रो रेल निर्माण के अन्तर्गत कुल 86 करोड़ की धनराशि प्रस्तावित है।

➣ राज्य के सरकारी/सार्वजनिक भवनों को दिव्यांगों हेतु सुगम्य बनाये जाने के लिए सुगम्य उत्तराखण्ड अभियान (आर0पी0डब्ल्यू0डी0 एक्ट 2016) अन्तर्गत धनराशि प्रस्तावित है।

➣ कामकाजी महिलाओं के बच्चों की देखभाल आदि की व्यवस्था हेतु ‘‘राष्ट्रीय क्रेच योजना ’’ अन्तर्गत 03 करोड़ 70 लाख धनराशि की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ मातृ एवं शिशु कुपोषण रोकने के लिए ‘‘राष्ट्रीय पोषण मिशन’’अन्तर्गत 10 करोड़ 25 लाख 42 हजार धनराशि का प्राविधान किया गया है।

➣ गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवनयापन करने वाले BPL परिवारों के मुखिया हेतु आम आदमी बीमा योजना में ग्यारह करोड़ सैंतीस लाख पन्द्रह हजार धनराशि की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ प्रदेश के किसानों को ऋण उपलब्ध कराये जाने हेतु ‘‘ दीन दयाल उपाध्याय सहकारिता किसान कल्याण योजना’’ अन्तर्गत 30 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ सिंचाई विभाग अन्तर्गत सौंग बांध परियोजना हेतु 40 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ नैनीताल झील के पुनर्जीवीकरण हेतु 05 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ प्रदेश में आर्थिक गतिविधियों विशेष रूप से पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में उद्यमिता प्रोत्साहन एवं पलायन रोकने के साथ-साथ रोजगार के अवसरों में वृद्धि हेतु ‘‘ग्रोथ सेंटर’’की स्थापना में 15 करोड़ की धनराशि की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ एम0एस0एम0ई0 अन्तर्गत वाह्य सहायतित परियोजनाओं हेतु कुल 30 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ क्षेत्रीय सम्पर्क योजना (उडान) हेतु 10 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ पर्यटन विभाग की योजना ‘‘होम स्टे’’ हेतु 15 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गयी है।

➣ औद्यानिक विभाग की बाह्य सहायतित परियोजनाओं हेतु 20 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ श्रीनगर गढ़वाल में राजकीय आश्रम पद्धति विद्यालय के भवन निर्माण हेतु धनराशि की व्यवस्था की गई है।

➣ राज्य में 2020 तक 5000 होम स्टे बनेंगे।

➣ 2020 तक सभी योजनाएं DBT द्वारा लागू होंगी।

➣ एकीकृत बागवानी विकास के लिए विश्व बैंक की 700 करोड़ की योजना केंद्र से स्वीकृत।

➣ पर्यावरण विभाग के लिए 55 करोड़ का प्रावधान।

➣ प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना के तहत गर्भवती/प्रसूता महिला को 5000 रु की राशि देगी सरकार।

➣ प्रत्येक शनिवार को सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में इंग्लिश स्पीकिंग डे मनाया जाएगा।

➣ विद्यालयी शिक्षा के लिए 6741 करोड़ रूपये का प्रावधान।

➣ उच्च शिक्षा के लिए 13 करोड़ का प्रावधान।
